Note

John Dudbridge - given the inaccuracies in his age as recorded on the various census e.g. he was 50 in 1841, 70 in 1851 and 72 in 1861; it is very difficult to judge when he was born. There are two baptism records for him in Woodchester (the place of his birth on the census) - one in 1784 (which is the one recorded here) and another in 1798. Unfortunately neither record his birth date. If we take the 1861 census as being the most accurate, then his birth year would be about 1789.
